Custom Sounds and Presets:

  • When you upload custom audio files, these files are stored locally on your device
  • Custom presets you create are stored locally on your device
  • We do not have access to your custom sounds or presets

In-App Purchases:

  • Purchase transactions are processed through Apple's App Store
  • We receive purchase confirmation from Apple, but do not have access to your payment information
  • Purchase status is stored locally on your device

Device Information:

  • Device type (iPhone, iPad)

  • We do not retain copies of your data after app deletion

  • We receive purchase confirmations but not payment details

AmbiON is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.

If we discover that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete that information promptly.

Your Rights and Choices

Access to Your Data

  • All your data is stored locally on your device

  • Custom sounds can be deleted from the Settings screen
  • Custom presets can be edited or deleted from the Presets screen

Data Deletion

You can delete your data by:

  1. Deleting specific items:
    • Delete custom sounds from Settings
    • Delete custom presets from the Presets screen
  2. Deleting all app data:
    • Delete the app from your device (removes all app data)
    • Reset app data through iOS Settings → General → iPhone Storage → AmbiON → Offload App

Opt-Out Options

  • You can stop using the app at any time
  • You can disable in-app purchases through your device settings
  • You can restrict app permissions through iOS Settings

Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do NOT:

  • Sell your data to third parties
  • Share your data with advertisers
  • Use your data for marketing purposes
  • Share your data with other apps or services
  • Transmit your data to external servers (except Apple for purchase processing)

Limited Exceptions:

  • We may disclose information if required by law or legal process
  • We may disclose information to protect our rights or the safety of users
  • We may share aggregated, anonymized data for app improvement (no personal identification)

International Data Transfers

  • Your data is stored locally on your device
  • No data is transferred internationally
  • Purchase processing is handled by Apple, which operates globally
